Join us for our annual Scepter Awards Bash... come celebrate Downtown Bellingham and all of the amazing people and businesses that make it so incredible, and of course, be there as we give Scepter Awards to those who have made a tremendous contribution to our Downtown. There will be appetizers, a photobooth, music and a champagne toast to the new year!
